Here at Doucas Dental, we’re a private billing practice, which means all accounts must be paid in full at the time of your appointment. For your convenience, we accept EFTPOS debit or credit cards, private cheques, cash and American Express cards. We accept all major Australian health funds and we’re also a HBF and CBHS preferred dental provider. Our onsite HICAPS machine allows you to claim on the day of your treatment, so you will only have to pay the GAP at your appointment. If you don’t bring your health fund card to your appointment, we cannot make a claim on the day, so you will be required to pay your account in full and then claim your rebate with your health fund.
Payment Plans with Afterpay
Afterpay is now available in store. If you have been given a recent treatment plan quote for up to $2000.00, you can qualify to use Afterpay. Call us today to book in for your treatment and at your appointment time we will process your Afterpay transaction on our eftpos terminal through your smart phone wallet. Pay it in 4 interest free instalments over 6 weeks. No fees when you pay on time with Afterpay.
Cancellation & Missed Appointment Policy
We have a 24-hour cancellation and missed appointment policy. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, or fail to attend without notifying our practice, you may be charged a $50.00 fee prior to rescheduling your appointment.
